~ SABBATH ~
Genesis 2:1-3 - God created the Sabbath for man to enjoy as he worships God. In the law given by God at Sinai the Sabbath is centrally displayed.
Exodus 20:8-11 - Isaiah, called the Gospel prophet devotes two chapters Isaiah 56 and 58 to the law and Sabbath. Luke23:56 - 24:1 - shows the care with which Christ's followers observed His Sabbath. Mark 2:28 - names Christ as Lord of the Sabbath
